Why AAHC

Organised in delivery. Personal in every interaction.

Families can coordinate healthcare themselves. The question is whether they have the time, system knowledge and support to do it while also caring for someone they love.

  1. 01

    Independent

We take no referral fees or commissions. Recommendations are based on your needs, circumstances and preferences, and nothing else.

  2. 02

    Non-clinical

We don’t diagnose or advise on treatment. We work alongside your doctors, helping you organise the journey around their care.

  3. 03

    Personal

One consistent point of contact who knows your situation, keeps your family informed and respects your choices.

  4. 04

    Experienced

Fifteen years of healthcare operations across the UAE, USA and Europe. We know how systems work, and where things get missed.

How it works

Your journey, step by step.

A clear structure from the very first conversation, so you always know what is happening and what comes next.

  1. Step 01

    Initial Conversation

A relaxed 15–30 minute call to understand your situation and whether AAHC is the right fit. No record review, no obligation.

    • Free
    • Understand your needs
    • Confirm fit
  2. Step 02

    Assessment & Planning

We gather relevant records and information, identify priorities, and prepare a non-clinical support and coordination plan with a clear recommendation.

    • Record review
    • Needs assessment
    • Support plan
  3. Step 03

    Onboarding

Agreement and forms are completed, communication channels are set up and coordination begins, with a clearly defined scope.

    • Communication channel
  4. Step 04

    Active Journey Support

Appointments, providers, records and support services are coordinated. Your family receives updates, and we attend in person where your package includes it.

    • Appointment coordination
    • Family updates
    • In-person support
  5. Step 05

    Ongoing Review

Regular check-ins make sure the plan still fits. As circumstances change, the support changes with them.

    • Check-ins
    • Plan adjustments
  6. Step 06

    Closure or Transition

When your goals are met or support is no longer needed, we hand over all relevant information so nothing is lost.

    • Clean handover
    • Continuity preserved

Clear boundaries

What we do, and what we don’t.

Trust starts with honesty. AAHC works alongside your healthcare providers, never in place of them.

We do

Navigation, coordination & continuity

  • Help you understand options and identify providers
  • Coordinate appointments, records and schedules
  • Keep families informed and act as a single point of contact

We don’t

Clinical care or emergency response

  • Diagnose, or give clinical or treatment advice
  • Prescribe or make clinical decisions
  • Provide emergency, urgent or 24/7 support
  • Guarantee insurance coverage or give legal advice
  • Arrange visas, flights or hotels
In a medical emergency, call 998 or go to your nearest emergency department.

Questions

Good questions to ask.

If something isn’t answered here, just ask. The first conversation is free.

Is AA Health Central a clinic or medical provider?

No. AAHC is an independent, non-clinical service. We don’t diagnose, prescribe or give treatment advice. We help you navigate, organise and coordinate care with your own doctors and healthcare providers.

Who usually contacts you: patients or families?

Both. Many enquiries come from family members: adult children supporting a parent, spouses, or relatives living overseas. We can work with a designated family contact, with the patient’s authorisation.

What happens in the first conversation?

It is a free call of 15–30 minutes. We listen to your situation and needs, and confirm whether AAHC is the right fit. We don’t review records or make recommendations at this stage.

Do I need an assessment before support begins?

For surgery, recovery, ongoing or complex journeys, a paid Assessment & Planning stage comes first. It includes record review, a needs assessment and a written support plan. Simple, one-off requests are reviewed case by case and may not need one.

Is this an emergency or 24/7 service?

No. AAHC doesn’t provide emergency, urgent or 24/7 support. Our hours are Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm, and Saturday, 10am–2pm. In a medical emergency, call 998.

Do you receive fees from the providers you recommend?

Never. We don’t accept referral fees, commissions or incentives from providers. Recommendations are based only on your needs, circumstances and preferences.

Which areas do you cover?

Dubai is included. Support in Abu Dhabi is available with a travel surcharge, and remote support is available where appropriate, including for family members overseas.
