Why Alison
Operational knowledge, human support.
Alison’s career spans hospitals, government organisations and private healthcare centres, creating and improving clinical and administrative processes and streamlining patient care pathways. She understands the system from the inside.
That experience is now focused entirely on patients and families: identifying gaps, risks and next steps, working across providers and stakeholders, and giving an independent patient-and-family perspective.
