All FAQs
Can I engage AAHC on behalf of my parent?

Yes. Families often engage the service on behalf of the patient. Family communication follows the patient’s authorisation and an agreed family contact.

I live overseas. How will I stay updated?

We agree an update rhythm and channel at the start, and provide regular updates as appropriate to your package.

Do you provide caregivers or nursing?

No. We’re non-clinical, but we can help source homecare providers and other support services, and coordinate them.

Can you attend appointments with my parent?

Yes, in-person attendance can be included in your package, subject to scope and location.
