Are you a nurse or medical escort?

No. In-person support is non-clinical. We help with administration, communication and reassurance, while your healthcare team provides clinical care.

Where do you provide in-person support?

Dubai is included. Abu Dhabi is available with a travel surcharge.

Can I book in-person support on its own?

In-person support is provided as part of a package. Additional appointments or hospital attendance can be added when needed.

Are you available at short notice or overnight?

We don’t provide emergency, urgent or 24/7 support. In-person attendance is planned and agreed in advance.
