All FAQs
Do you speak to my doctors on my behalf?

Where appropriate and with your authorisation, we help share information between providers, patients and families. We don’t make clinical decisions or give clinical advice.

Can you manage my medication?

We can help with prescription coordination, such as keeping track of refills and appointments. Questions about medication itself should always go to your doctor or pharmacist.

How do we stay in touch?

Every package includes a defined communication channel and check-ins appropriate to the level of support. We reply within 48 business hours.

Is this short-term or ongoing?

Both are possible. Some coordination is tied to a specific event, such as surgery. Other clients need ongoing monthly support.
